Shipping Policy

Retail buying will be shipped by airfreight or LCL sea freight and shipping cost will be borne by the customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours after receiving the goods.

 

Please include your order number and the name of the item that was damaged and put video and photos of the damage products. We will replace with the new one if it is necessary.
