  • How to order?
    Simply mention the item code and number you need, send an e-mail to us. . A sales coordinator will contact you by email within 48 hours with the product(s) quotation and approximate shipping quotation to your destination.
  • Do you have Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    The price on our website is shown for Retail price for each product. Minimum order quantity applied for bulk quantity / wholesale.
  • Do you have minimum quantity for each product for wholesale?
    Minimum order for each item is 6 pieces with the minimum total value USD 4000. Packing and shipping cost excluded. Packing will be subjected to USD 50 per CBM and shipping cost is calculated once everything has been packed and scaled properly.
  • What is the lead time production?
    Lead time production start from 6 – 8 weeks for crafts items and 8-12 weeks for furniture to allow proper kiln dry process for the wood. All process can also be faster depend on stocks availability For larger projects, production time will vary based on each cases that we can discuss with our sales team.
  • How do I know my order is in placed?
    Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, provided that we have your accurate email address. The order confirmation will outline the items ordered, shipping costs and the delivery address. You will get the confirmation by email from our sales team.
  • Did you ship to my country far away from Indonesia?
    We can ship anywhere worldwide However, please note that: we are NOT shipping company. We follow shipping regulation by the shipping company and international standard regulation.
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
    International Air Freight delivery we used DHL, EMS or your chosen forwarders. International Sea Freight delivery for LCL or FCL depend on the liner that will be used by the forwarders to ship the cargo to you.
  • How do you calculate your shipping charges?
    Shipping charges depending on the delivery methods of items in your cart. If you have any questions or concerns about how shipping fees are calculated on your order, you can contact our sales team for further discussion. For shipment, a AWB tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse. Meanwhile, for Sea Freight shipment, it can be tracked depends on the Shipping Liner you use upon the Bill of Lading (B/L) has been released.
  • What are the payment terms?
    For orders over USD 4000, a 50% deposit is required prior to manufacture. Balance payment is required prior to release of manufactured goods from our factory. Full payment is required for all orders under USD 4000.
  • Ho do I make payment?
    We receive payment by T/T or Paypall. For continue order in manufacturing contract basis we accept L/C at sight.
  • I received a damaged item, what should I do?
    If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Please include your order number and the name of the item that was damaged. Please be informed that items travelled for days even weeks to your door steps and involving many parties.
